It is an absolute honor to welcome you to VFW Post 8254's website.  As you will see, this will be a work in progress, but in time, we hope to have a "one stop shop" for all the info, and as soon as our Newsletter can figure out the technology to include it, you'll see it here as well.  

Post 8254 strives to do our best to be a family friendly environment.  To that end, we DO NOT have a Canteen.  It is not personal, it is a choice we made based on feedback from the veterans community, and prospective members.  For those who do prefer a Canteen, we can recommend numerous Canteens in the area upon request.

 

Also, you will find that this post works closely with American Legion Post 108, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 118, Marine Corps League Motherlode Detachment 1080, and the VFW Cooties.  

 

We have many other plans "in the hopper" to take advantage of the technology of the future and we are excited about the possibilities.
